1. Information We Collect You do not need to create an account to take our quiz or see your results, and we never ask for your name. When you finish a quiz, we record the result you were given, the answers you chose, and an approximate location: the country and city our hosting provider estimates from your IP address, along with the latitude and longitude of that city's center. We keep that record without your IP address, without your email, and without any identifier that could tie it back to you, to your device, or to your other visits, and we read it only in aggregate — to see which results are common where, and which questions land differently from one region to the next. The coordinates are city-level, never device-level: everyone in the same city is recorded at the same point, and we never ask your browser or your phone for its location. If you voluntarily join an email list, request early access, or support the site through a payment partner, we collect the information needed for that action, such as your email address, consent timestamp, locale, and payment status. If you ask us to email you a link to your result, we keep your email address together with that result so the link keeps working.

2. Cookies & Local Storage We use standard technologies like "cookies" and local storage to make the site work better.

  • Remembering Your Choices: We use local storage to remember your answer to the cookie banner and whether you have already joined the email list — including, when we know it, the address you joined with — so we do not ask you the same thing twice. That stays on your device. We also keep your latest quiz result there, so we can offer it back to you on your next visit, and opening a link we emailed you stores that result on the device you opened it with. The result also travels in the page's web address, so anyone you send that link to can open the same result.
  • Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics to see how people use the site (e.g., "500 people visited the Alpha page today"). This data is aggregated and anonymous. It helps us fix bugs—like if we see everyone leaving on Question 5, we know something is broken.

3. Advertising We display ads through Google AdSense to help cover server costs and keep the quiz free. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this site or other sites. Google's advertising cookies enable Google and its partners to serve ads based on visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet. You can opt out of personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings or through aboutads.info.
